3	Reason	ACLEDA BANK has obtained an approval from the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (“SERC”) to serve Government Securities Intermediary. This service offers both domestic and foreign investors who wish to invest and/or trade government securities in Cambodia be able to invest in government securities directly through ACLEDA Bank Plc., which is a good investment, highly secured and receives a fixed interest rate that is paid annually until the maturity date of the government securities. In addition, the investment in government securities through ACLEDA Bank Plc., investors will receive professional and highly safety services as well as effective cash management according to the requirement of the securities sector and obtain various options in using other banking and financial services.
