Investor ID and Trading Account

Investors shall have an investor ID first for open trading account. Therefore, ACLEDA Securities provide more easy way to investor and public shall apply investor ID and open trading account at the same time.

Validation of investor ID and renewal

Investor ID:

10 years or less depend on expiration of related document
Request renewal at least one month before expiration

Trading Account: No limitation follow law and regulation

1. Information and condition open trading account (Investor come directly in Cambodia)

1.1 For individual

For local investor shall provide documents as below

Have saving account in KHR currency at ACLEDA Bank Plc.
A photo size 4 x 6
National ID
Fill forms open trading account

For foreign investor shall provide documents as below

Have saving account in KHR currency at ACLEDA Bank Plc.
A photo size 4 x 6
Passport at least 3 months before expired date
Fill forms open trading account

1.2 For company or institution

National ID or passport of company representative at least 3 month before expire
A photo size 4 x 6 of company representative (01)
Have saving account in KHR currency at ACLEDA Bank Plc.
Certificate of register at Ministry of Commerce
Company licence
Patent
Memorandum and articles of corporate/association/institution
List of person have right to decided invest in securities
List of company director included national ID/passport
Board resolution
Curriculum Vitae of company representative

2. Information and other condition for open trading account from oversea

ACLEDA Securities provide a special service for investor who living or do business located at oversea shall open and close trading account from oversea by comply any conditions of ACLEDA Securities and regulation of Cambodia.

2.1 For individual
Condition open trading account from overseas:

A photo size 4 x 6
Investor fill curriculum vitae (CV) with signature or thumb print
Fill Investor Identification form (Form A) with signature and thumb print
Fill form open trading account (Form-ACS 001) with signature or thumb print
Fill form client agreement (Form-ACS 002) with signature or thumb print
Fill letter to request and agree to be responsible for using web-based market data and information (Form-ACS 016) (If need)
Have saving account in KHR currency at ACLEDA Bank Plc.
Passport must be certified by notary public from overseas where you are living and additionally certified by:

Embassy or representative office of your embassy in Cambodia or
Notary public in Cambodia (if there is no embassy) or
Intermediary bank through SWIFT Message MT999 to ACLEDA Bank

2.2 For Company
Condition open trading account from oversea by complete and provide some documents below:

Fill curriculum vitae (CV) with signature or thumb print of company representative
Fill Investor Identification form (Form B) with signature with thumb print and company stamp
Fill form open trading account (Form-ACS 001) with signature and company stamp
Fill form client agreement (Form-ACS 002) with signature and company stamp
Fill letter to request and agree to be responsible for using web-based market data and information (Form-ACS 016) (If need) included some documents below:

National ID or passport of company representative at least 3 month before expire
A photo size 4 x 6 of company representative
Have saving account in KHR currency at ACLEDA Bank Plc.
Certificate of register at Ministry of Commerce
Company licence
Patent
Memorandum and articles of corporate/association/institution
List of person have right to decided invest in securities
List of company director included national ID/passport
Board resolution
Curriculum Vitae of company representative

All requirements document above must be certified by notary public from overseas where you are living and additionally certified by:

Embassy or representative office of your embassy in Cambodia or
Notary public in Cambodia (if there is no embassy) or
Intermediary bank through SWIFT Message MT999 to ACLEDA Bank

Any documents send to ACLEDA Securities for open trading account from oversee shall be official translate in English.

In case investors do not have saving account at ACLEDA Bank for better service and avoid high cost on documents certify so investors shall certify only one documents and copy for attached with form open saving account at ACLEDA Bank.
