How to register ACLEDA mobile for minor
verifiedYou can register ACLEDA mobile super app for your minor (kid/child) from 10 years old to under 15 years old to use ACLEDA Super App and under your control.
I. Guardian Phone
- Open ACLEDA Super App
- Choose "Accounts" menu (guardian must have core bank account to register for minor account)
- Use Touch ID, Facial, or enter PIN to login
- Choose "New Account"
- Choose "Register ACLEDA mobile for minor"
- Please read terms and conditions
- Press "OK, I am ready"
- Take a picture of child's identification documents (birth certificate, family book, or a certificate with the names of the parents/guardians issued by the authority)
- Take a picture of child's face (please remove glasse, hat or mask) with eyes blinking and smiling
- Press "OK"
- Input child's information
- Press "OK"
- Please enter OTP number sent to child's phone
- Press "OK"
II. Minor (Child) Phone
- Press on the download link in the child's phone then press "Download/Get" or go to App Store/Goolge Play/AppGallery and type "ACLEDA mobile" in search box and then presss "Download/Get"
- Open ACLEDA mobile super app
- Input child's phone number
- Press the arrow
- Please read terms and condition for opening minor account and then press "OK"
- Enter PIN to log in/use ACLEDA Super App
- Press "OK"
- Registration is complete, please press "Star Banking Now"
