3	Reason	With reference to the Notification on CSX dated 3 November 2025 on Nomination of Chairwoman of Board of Directors of ACLEDA BANK. Thus, the Bank amends the Appendix 1 on List of Composition of Board of Directors of ACLEDA BANK. Amendment Article 29 Term of Office for Member of the Board of Directors, by revising point on filling the vacany of directors. Amendment Article 40 Board Commitee, by revising name of Board committee from Risk Management Committee to Risk Management and IT Committee. Amendment Article 42 Risk Management Committee, by revising name of Board committee from Risk Management Committee to Risk Management and IT Committee and revising some roles and duties of Risk Management and IT Committee
