Notification on Approval of Additional Floating Shares Legalized from ASA, Plc. on Cambodia Securities Exchange

In accordance with Prakas No.B7-017-300 Prokor dated 27 September 2017 of the National Bank of Cambodia (“NBC”) and the letter No. 668/24 SERC dated 13 March 2024 of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (“SERC”), the ACLEDA BANK's 11,201,342 shares owned by Shareholders legalized from ASA, Plc. equal to 2.5859% of the total shares of ACLEDA BANK will be additionally floated which can be traded on the Cambodia Securities Exchange (“CSX”) effective from 20 January 2026.

Following this additional shares floating, the ACLEDA BANK’s shares floating on the CSX will equal 20% of the Bank's total shares, which will further enhance market liquidity and trading volume.
